Action BeeMail
Email marketing with the compliance built into the send
Build a list, write a campaign, and send it to a million people. The rules that keep you out of the spam folder are enforced in code before a campaign can go out, not described in a help article you read after the damage.
No card to start. At 100,000 contacts it is $149 a month, against roughly $242 to $1,380 elsewhere for the same work.
What it does
Lists that remember how someone joined
Every contact carries the date, the IP address, the wording they agreed to, and whether they clicked a confirmation link. When somebody asks you to prove consent, you export it instead of reconstructing it.
Imports that tell you what is wrong
Upload a CSV and you get a score before anything is written: how many throwaway inboxes, how many role addresses, how many rows could not be read and which line each one was on. A list that looks bought gets imported as unconfirmed rather than silently mailed.
Segments that do not go stale mid-send
Filters compile to SQL for a live count while you build them, then snapshot before a campaign goes out. The audience for a send is a fact you can look up afterwards, not a query that has moved on.
Unsubscribe that works in seconds
One-click headers that Gmail and Yahoo actually honour, plus a visible link in the body. The law allows ten business days. Taking any of it means mailing people who already said stop, so we do it immediately and offer an undo for the misclick.
The rules it enforces
Which law applies depends on where the recipient is, not where you are. A business in Texas emailing Berlin is under GDPR. BeeMail works that out per contact at send time and refuses the campaign if the consent you hold does not reach the bar.
| Rule | Applies to | What it requires |
|---|---|---|
| CAN-SPAM | United States | Physical postal address, honest subject line, working opt-out. No business-to-business exemption. Up to $53,088 per message. |
| Gmail and Yahoo bulk sender | Everywhere | SPF, DKIM and DMARC passing, one-click unsubscribe headers, spam complaints under 0.30%. Enforced with permanent rejections, not a spam folder. |
| GDPR and ePrivacy | European Union | Consumers need consent. Business contacts can rest on legitimate interest, except in Germany, where a confirmed opt-in is required even for business. |
| CASL | Canada | Express consent, or implied consent on a clock: two years from a transaction, six months from an inquiry. Up to CA$1.5M. |
| PECR | United Kingdom | The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 raised penalties to GDPR levels, up to £17.5M or 4% of global turnover. |
| TCPA and 10DLC | US text messages | Consent you can evidence, 8am to 9pm in the recipient local time, and a registered brand and campaign before a single message leaves. |
These are operational defaults set to the stricter reading, not legal advice. Check your own obligations for the markets you send to.
Where we differ on purpose
Your bill is what you are using, not the high water mark
Most platforms count any address that was active at any point in the billing cycle, even one you deleted on day two. We count what is on your list when the invoice is cut, and moving you to a higher tier needs you to agree to it first.
The limits are published, and so is the appeal
The most common complaint about every service in this category is an account closed with no reason given and no way to argue. Our import thresholds and complaint-rate limits are written down, every refusal comes with the numbers behind it, and a paused workspace can still read and export everything it has.
Nothing can quietly resubscribe someone
Re-uploading an old export, replaying a webhook, or resubmitting the public form will not move anybody out of unsubscribed, bounced or complained. That guard sits in the database write itself, so no integration can get around it by accident.
Start with your list
Upload a CSV and see the quality score before anything is written. If the list is fine you can send today. If it is not, you will know exactly which rows are the problem.

How to Get Started
- 1
Create a workspace and add your postal address
A physical postal address is required in every commercial email by CAN-SPAM, CASL and the Australian Spam Act, with no business-to-business exemption. Action BeeMail will not send a campaign until yours is set, which is the one check most platforms leave to you to remember.
- 2
Import your list and read the score
Upload a CSV and you get a quality report before anything is written: how many throwaway inboxes, how many role addresses, how many rows could not be read and the exact line each one was on. A list that looks purchased is imported as unconfirmed so only the people who click a confirmation link can be mailed.
- 3
Build a segment and check the mailable count
Filters compile to SQL for a live count as you build them. The report shows the total matched and the number you can actually mail, so the gap caused by unsubscribes and bounces is visible before you write the campaign rather than after it sends.
- 4
Send, and let the compliance preflight run
Before a campaign goes out, Action BeeMail checks the sending domain for SPF, DKIM and DMARC, confirms the unsubscribe block is still in the template, works out which law applies to each recipient from their country, and refuses the send if the consent you hold does not reach the bar.
Key Benefits
- Consent records you can export - date, IP address, the wording they agreed to, and whether they clicked a confirmation link
- One-click unsubscribe that Gmail and Yahoo honour, actioned in seconds rather than the ten business days the law allows
- Import scoring that names the problem rows by line number instead of silently dropping them
- Nothing can resurrect a contact - re-uploading an old export or replaying a webhook will not undo an unsubscribe
- Point-in-time billing, so a contact you deleted on day two does not count toward the month
- Published thresholds and a real appeal path, and a paused workspace can still read and export everything in it
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Action BeeMail best used for?
Newsletters, product announcements, and marketing campaigns sent to a list you own, from a few hundred contacts up to millions a day. Use Action Email instead when you want a mailbox and one-to-one correspondence; BeeMail is for broadcast to a list, where consent and deliverability are the hard parts.
How does Action BeeMail keep me CAN-SPAM compliant?
It blocks the send rather than warning you. A campaign will not go out without a physical postal address on the workspace, without an unsubscribe block in the template, or from a domain whose SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are not passing. Opt-outs are actioned within seconds instead of the ten business days CAN-SPAM permits, because taking that time means mailing people who already said stop.
Which law applies if my subscribers are in different countries?
The recipient's, not yours. A business in Texas emailing someone in Berlin is under GDPR, and a UK brand emailing Toronto is under CASL. Action BeeMail stores a country on each contact and evaluates the rule per recipient at send time, including the German exception where a confirmed opt-in is required even for business contacts.
Can I import a list I bought or scraped?
The import will score it and usually refuse. Lists that are largely throwaway inboxes, or where most rows cannot be read, are rejected outright with the numbers behind the decision shown to you. A borderline list is accepted as unconfirmed, meaning everyone gets one confirmation email and only the people who click it become mailable, which is the only lawful way to use a list whose consent cannot be evidenced.
What happens if someone marks my email as spam?
The complaint is recorded separately from an unsubscribe, because the complaint rate is the number Gmail measures and folding the two together hides it. Gmail enforces a ceiling of 0.30% with permanent rejections. Action BeeMail warns at 0.10% and pauses sending at 0.30%, and the reason is written down so you can see what tripped it.
How is the pricing different from MailerLite or Kit?
Two ways. Contacts are counted point-in-time, so an address you deleted mid-cycle does not count toward your bill, where most platforms count anyone active at any point in the cycle. And moving you up a tier needs your agreement first rather than happening automatically on the card you have on file.
Does Action BeeMail handle text messages too?
The SMS channel is gated behind A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, because without those a carrier will not deliver the message anyway. When it is enabled, sending windows are clamped to 8am through 9pm in the recipient local time, narrowed further in states like Florida and Oklahoma whose own statutes are stricter than the federal TCPA.
The aicente Platform - Your Complete AI Business Workspace
aicente is designed around a simple principle: every tool a modern business needs should live in one connected platform, share the same data, and work together without integration complexity. Whether you are a freelancer managing a handful of clients or a multi-location business coordinating a team of fifty, aicente scales with your operation without requiring you to switch products, re-import data, or manage separate subscriptions as you grow.
The most powerful feature of aicente is not any individual tool - it is how all tools work together. A contact you add to Action CRM is immediately available in Action Proposal, Action Sign, Action Calendar, and Action Email. A signed contract in Action Sign automatically triggers a project in Action Planning and an invoice in Action Invoicing. A lead captured from your Action Link bio page flows directly into your CRM pipeline. A customer booking from Action Calendar syncs with your team schedule and triggers a confirmation email through Action Email. Nothing is siloed. Everything connects by design.
Every aicente tool includes native AI assistance. Drafting a proposal? The AI suggests pricing, writes section text, and formats your service items based on similar proposals in your history. Sending a follow-up email? The AI writes the message based on the contact's full activity timeline and the current deal stage. Managing your restaurant menu? AI generates item descriptions and suggests category organization based on your cuisine type. Building a waitlist? AI writes the launch announcement email and the referral incentive copy. The AI in aicente is not a chatbot add-on - it is woven into the core workflow of every action you take.
No Per-User Pricing Traps
Most business software charges per seat, which means your costs grow every time you add a team member. aicente is priced per workspace, not per user. Adding your entire team does not increase your monthly bill. The Pro plan covers unlimited users within a workspace, making aicente one of the most cost-effective platforms for growing teams who need powerful tools without the enterprise price tag.
Enterprise Security on Every Plan
aicente uses industry-standard encryption for all data at rest and in transit. Role-based access controls let administrators decide who can view contacts, send proposals, approve invoices, and access financial records. Action Sign is designed to support e-signature workflows that comply with the ESIGN Act and eIDAS regulations. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Your data is always yours - export everything at any time in standard formats.
Built for Speed, Not Just Features
Setup time for most aicente tools is measured in minutes, not weeks. No consultants, no implementation projects, no lengthy training sessions required. The interface is designed for business owners and their teams - not for enterprise IT departments. If you can use a modern web application, you can use aicente. Most new users are productive with their first tool within the same business day they sign up, and fully onboarded across multiple tools within a week.

Businesses from Turkey, UAE, UK, Canada, Australia, and across Europe and Asia use aicente daily for their operations.
Can I try aicente before committing to a paid plan?
Yes. The aicente free plan gives you access to all core tools with generous usage limits - no credit card required. Free plan users can manage up to 500 contacts in Action CRM, send up to 3 proposals per month, schedule unlimited calendar events, and use the AI writing assistant for up to 50 requests per month. Upgrading to Pro removes all usage limits and unlocks advanced AI features.
How does aicente handle my data if I decide to cancel?
Your data belongs to you. Before cancelling, you can export all data from aicente - contacts, deals, proposals, documents, invoices, and e-signature records - in standard formats including CSV, PDF, and JSON. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days in case you change your mind, then permanently and securely deleted from aicente servers per our data retention policy.
Is there an API for integrating aicente with other tools I already use?
Yes. The aicente REST API gives developers programmatic access to contacts, deals, proposals, events, invoices, e-signatures, and more. Webhooks notify your external systems of key events in real time - new contact created, proposal signed, payment received, appointment booked. Full API documentation with code examples is available at aicente.com/docs/api. Native Zapier and Make integrations are also available for no-code connections.
How does aicente compare to Salesforce, HubSpot, or other all-in-one platforms?
Unlike platforms built by acquiring separate products and bolting them together, every aicente tool is purpose-built to share data from the ground up. Information flows naturally between tools with no integration setup, the interface is consistent across all tools, and you never hit data-silo walls. One login, one subscription, one support team covers your entire tech stack. For small to mid-size businesses, aicente typically replaces 8-12 separate software subscriptions.
What kind of support does aicente provide?
All paid plans include email support with a response time commitment of 24 hours or less. Pro and Business plans include live chat support during business hours. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager and priority escalation. The aicente Help Center contains step-by-step guides for every feature, and the community forum lets users share workflows and best practices with thousands of other aicente businesses.
