Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective July 3, 2026 · Plain English on purpose.
Subscriptions
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
- Cancel anytime from the billing portal (Products → Pro → Manage billing). Access continues to the end of the period you paid for; we don't claw it back.
- Charged and didn't mean to be? Email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it, no interrogation.
- Annual plans: full refund within 14 days of purchase; after that, unused full months are refundable pro-rata on request.
Hardware (Action Tag devices)
- Defective or dead-on-arrival devices are replaced free within the 12-month warranty.
- Unopened hardware returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (refund minus shipping).
- Custom-branded items (your logo/design printed) are refundable only if defective.
Payment processing
Card processing fees on payments you accept through Action POS are charged by the payment networks at the moment of each transaction and are not refundable by aicente. Disputes and chargebacks on your customers' payments follow the card networks' rules.
