aicente is a business tools platform: CRM, calendar, invoicing, e-signatures, payments, email, and team messaging. This page explains what the iOS app contains and why it carries a 16+ age rating, for anyone reviewing its suitability.
Why the 16+ rating
The rating reflects three capabilities, not mature content. The app opens the aicente.com platform in a native container, so it has open web access. Users create their own content and can message teammates. Those three factors set the rating. aicente contains no sexual content, violence, profanity, substances, or gambling.

User-generated content: Yes
Users create their own CRM notes, messages, listings, proposals, and documents.
Messaging and chat: Yes
Team members can message each other inside the workspace.
Social media: No
There is no public social feed that broadly amplifies content to strangers.
Advertising: No
The app does not show paid advertising to users.
Gambling: No
No betting, wagering, loot boxes, or simulated gambling.
