aicente Awards — Official Rules

1. What this is

aicente Awards is a skill- and popularity-based voting competition, not a game of chance, lottery, or raffle. Winners are determined solely by the number of verified votes their entry receives — not by random draw. Sponsor: aicente, 12 Auburn Ave, Hampton, NH 03842, USA.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18+ (or the age of majority where they live).
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Employees of aicente and their immediate families may not win a prize.
• Competitors may not vote for themselves, free or paid.

3. Free Method of Entry (AMOE)

You can vote for free, once every 8 hours per competition, on any competitor's profile at aicente.com/action-award. Free votes have exactly the same weight as paid votes. No purchase, payment, or subscription is required to vote or to have a vote counted.

4. Paid votes (optional)

• Supporters may optionally purchase additional votes in fixed bundles (e.g., 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 votes) at $1.00 per vote via Stripe.
• Each purchased vote counts as one vote — identical weight to a free vote.
• Purchasing votes is a voluntary contribution that helps fund prizes and the platform; it does not guarantee a win.
• All sales are final except where required by law; suspected fraudulent or disputed charges may be refunded and the associated votes voided.

5. How winners are chosen

The competitor with the most verified votes in each category at the close of the final round wins. Votes flagged by our anti-fraud system (e.g., automated/bot voting) are excluded from tallies. In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker is total profile views. aicente's determination is final.

6. Prizes

• Prizes are described on the competition page and may include cash, an aicente Pro subscription, badges, and promotion.
• Winners are notified by email and must respond within 14 days to claim.
• Prizes are non-transferable; no cash equivalent except at aicente's discretion.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Integrity & disqualification

We may disqualify any entry or void any votes obtained through fraud, bots, vote-buying schemes outside our official flow, or violation of these rules. We may modify, suspend, or cancel a competition if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity.

Anonymous votes are identified by a one-way hash of your IP — we don't store it in the clear. See our Privacy Policy.
