Welcome to aicente! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the aicente platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Account Registration and Use
Account Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit to be made available through the Service. You agree that your User Content will not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.
License to aicente
By making any User Content available through the Service, you grant to aicente a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. aicente does not guarantee funding results or the accuracy of external content. aicente makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included on the Service. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall aicente, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Your aicente account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at admin@aicente.com. Accounts must be used by humans — automated account creation or access is prohibited.

Understand acceptable use
aicente is a business productivity platform. You may use it for lawful business purposes including CRM, proposals, e-signatures, invoicing, scheduling, email marketing, fleet management, and content creation. You may not use aicente to send spam, violate third-party intellectual property, distribute malware, engage in fraud, or violate any applicable law.

Know your content rights
You own the content you create on aicente — your contacts, proposals, signed documents, invoices, and campaigns. aicente does not claim ownership of your business data. We retain a limited license to host and process your content solely to deliver the services you have subscribed to.

Understand billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; current period fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Downgrading to the free plan retains your data but restricts access to paid features.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my aicente subscription at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on standard plans. You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. Annual plan refunds for unused months are considered on a case-by-case basis.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation on a read-only basis, giving you time to export contacts, documents, and records. After 30 days, your account and associated data are permanently deleted unless you reactivate. We strongly recommend exporting your data before cancellation.
Can aicente suspend my account?
aicente may suspend accounts that violate the Terms of Service, including spam, fraud, or illegal activity. In non-emergency situations, we provide notice and an opportunity to cure the violation before suspension. Emergency suspensions (for active abuse or security threats) may occur without prior notice but will be communicated immediately.
Who owns the content I create on aicente?
You own it. Your CRM contacts, proposals, signed contracts, invoices, campaigns, and any other content you create on aicente are your intellectual property. aicente has a limited license to store and process your content only as necessary to deliver the services. We do not use your business content for any other purpose.

After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days in case you change your mind, then permanently and securely deleted from aicente servers per our data retention policy.
Is there an API for integrating aicente with other tools I already use?
