Shipping Policy

Effective July 5, 2026 · For Action Tag hardware orders.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom-branded items may take 2–5 business days to produce.
  • You get an email confirmation at purchase and a second email with tracking the moment your order ships.

Carriers, transit & tracking

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination and speed.
  • US delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Every shipment includes a tracking number and a tracking link in your shipped email.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is included in the product price shown at checkout — no surprise fees. Expedited shipping, if offered, is priced at checkout.

International

  • We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, and Turkey.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country — these are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost, delayed, or damaged

  • If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email us and we'll investigate or reship.
  • Damaged or defective on arrival? We replace it free — see the Refund Policy.
  • Wrong address at checkout: contact us fast; once it ships we can't reroute.
