Shipping Policy
Effective July 5, 2026 · For Action Tag hardware orders.
Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom-branded items may take 2–5 business days to produce.
- You get an email confirmation at purchase and a second email with tracking the moment your order ships.
Carriers, transit & tracking
- We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination and speed.
- US delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Every shipment includes a tracking number and a tracking link in your shipped email.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is included in the product price shown at checkout — no surprise fees. Expedited shipping, if offered, is priced at checkout.
International
- We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, and Turkey.
- International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country — these are the recipient's responsibility.
Lost, delayed, or damaged
- If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email us and we'll investigate or reship.
- Damaged or defective on arrival? We replace it free — see the Refund Policy.
- Wrong address at checkout: contact us fast; once it ships we can't reroute.
