SMS Terms & Consent
Last updated: June 2026
This page describes the SMS (text message) program operated by aicente.com, how users consent to receive messages, the types and frequency of messages, and how to opt out at any time. It accompanies our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Program Description
aicente.com is an all-in-one business operations platform. Our SMS program sends transactional and account-related notifications — such as appointment and booking confirmations, CRM task and lead alerts, status updates, and account security messages — to users and their customers who have provided a mobile number and agreed to receive texts.
2. How We Collect Consent (Opt-In)
We only send SMS to recipients who have given prior express consent. Consent is collected through one or more of the following:
2.1 Online
When a user adds a phone number in their aicente.com account settings or a customer submits a form (booking, contact, or lead form) that includes a clearly labeled checkbox consenting to receive SMS notifications. The checkbox is not pre-checked.
2.2 During Onboarding
When a business owner provides a customer's number with the customer's permission for the purpose of sending appointment or service notifications.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
3. Message Types & Frequency
- Appointment / booking confirmations and reminders
- CRM task, lead, and pipeline alerts
- Order and service status updates
- Account and security notifications
Message frequency varies by account activity (typically a few messages per week and is recurring based on the events you or your customers trigger).
4. Opt-Out & Help
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS to that number. For help, reply HELP or email support@aicente.com.
HELP reply:“Aicente notifications. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.”
STOP reply:“You have been unsubscribed from Aicente SMS and will receive no further messages.”
5. Privacy
Mobile numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
