Do not sell or share my personal information

aicente does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own advertising. If you are a California, Colorado, Connecticut, or other US state resident with opt-out rights, you can confirm and exercise them by emailing admin@aicente.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."

Opt out of analytics and tracking

We use analytics and a Facebook SDK to understand product usage. To limit this:

• On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Tracking, and turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" (or deny tracking for the aicente app).
• In the aicente app or web app, decline optional cookies when the consent banner appears, or update your choice under Cookie settings.
• Email admin@aicente.com to request that we stop analytics processing tied to your account.

Access or download your data

Sign in and go to Download your data. You get one JSON file with your profile, your settings and every record linked to you, straight to your device. Password hashes and access tokens are redacted, because a file like that ends up in a Downloads folder.

Prefer we handled it? Email admin@aicente.com from your account email with the subject line "Data Access Request." We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Delete your account and data

Sign in and go to Delete your account. It takes effect immediately: your sign-in is destroyed, your profile and mailbox are removed, and everything else is unlinked from you. That page lists exactly what goes and what stays before you confirm.

Records we are required to keep, such as invoices and payments, are retained for tax purposes with your identity stripped out, so they no longer point to you. If you would rather we handled the request for you, email admin@aicente.com with the subject line "Delete My Account."

Manage in the app

Signed in, you can update your profile, notification preferences, and connected sign-in providers (Apple, Google, Facebook) from your account settings at any time.
