Before you start

Two emails, and the second only goes to people who booked. That split is what keeps the call details out of the inbox of somebody who never booked, which otherwise reads as a mistake and makes the whole thing feel automated.

You will need: a form or list for requests, two campaigns, the booking link to watch.

How to set it up

  1. 1Point your request form at this workflow and choose the Demo call invitation template.
  2. 2Assign the confirmation campaign, with the booking link.
  3. 3Set the condition to watch that booking link specifically.
  4. 4Assign the details campaign to the yes path: what to prepare, who they will meet, how long it takes.
  5. 5Activate.

What goes wrong

  • Sending the call details to everybody. Somebody who never booked gets joining instructions for a call that does not exist for them.
  • A booking link that redirects through a shortener, which makes the click condition match the wrong URL and the yes path never fire.
